Originally established in 1978, this annual free event at the picturesque site of Guelph Riverside Park, has become a popular tradition for our community. The excitement usually starts on the Monday of the second week of June, with the raising of the One World flag in front of our Guelph City Hall, and concludes on the Sunday evening with the closing ceremony at Festival Site. Every year the festival showcases different cultural food vendors, great bands, craft vendors, and a large variety of ethnic performers from around the world. In addition to that, the fireworks and children’s tents make this an event that the entire Guelph community looks forward to year after year.
Whether sponsoring, volunteering, performing, taking part with a displays, sharing your culture or just enjoying the various activities, everyone contributes to the success of the festival! An estimated crowd of more than 25,000 people enjoy this unique celebration of community and cultures each year. We look forward to welcoming you again at this year's event.
